  • Bridgefield Legal is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from a Home Office decision.

  • We are not responsible for decisions based on information that is incomplete, inaccurate or withheld by the client.

  • We do not accept liability for changes in immigration rules, processing times or government policies.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, website downtime or third‑party links.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
