Immigration Fees & Funding Options
OUR FEES
At Bridgefield Legal, we are committed to providing professional immigration advice and services with transparent, fair and flexible pricing. We believe clients should have a clear understanding of costs before any work begins and should never be surprised by unexpected charges.
Free Initial Enquiries
We do not charge for considering new enquiries.
Whether you are an individual, family member or business seeking immigration assistance, you may contact us free of charge for an initial assessment of your matter. Your enquiry will be reviewed by an authorised immigration adviser, who will determine whether we are able to assist and explain the services available to you.
Where more detailed advice, document reviews, eligibility assessments or application assistance is required, we will discuss the available options and associated fees with you before any chargeable work is undertaken.
-
At Bridgefield Legal, we understand that seeking immigration advice is an important decision. To help you determine the most appropriate course of action, we offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation.
The purpose of this consultation is to:
Understand your circumstances and objectives;
Identify the immigration matter involved;
Assess whether we are able to assist you within the scope of our authorisation; and
Explain our services and fee structure.
Where more detailed immigration advice, eligibility assessments, document reviews, application assistance, or written representations are required, further consultations and advisory work will be charged at £180 per hour.
-
We offer fixed-fee services for the preparation and submission of immigration applications. Our professional fees vary depending on the complexity of the matter and the amount of work involved.
As a general guide:
Simple immigration applications: £1,000 - £2,000

The final fee will depend on a number of factors, including:
The type and complexity of the application;
The number of applicants and dependants;
The volume of supporting documentation;
The time available to prepare and submit the application;
Whether a Priority or Super Priority service has been selected;
Whether we have previously assisted with an earlier application for the applicant.
A personalised fixed-fee quotation will be provided once we have assessed your circumstances and requirements.
-
If you have prepared your own immigration application and would like professional assistance before submission, we offer an application checking service.

The type of application;
The number of applicants and dependants;
The volume and complexity of supporting documentation;
The timeframe available before submission;
Whether the application is standard, Priority or Super Priority;
Whether we have previously assisted with an earlier application.

Reviewing completed application forms;
Reviewing supporting documents provided by the client;
Identifying missing or inconsistent information;
Providing recommendations where appropriate;
Highlighting potential issues prior to submission.
A tailored fee quotation will be provided following an initial assessment of your case.
-
Where an immigration decision carries a right to request an Administrative Review, we can assess the decision and, where appropriate, assist with the preparation and submission of an Administrative Review request within the scope of our IAA authorisation.
As a general guide, our professional fees for preparing and submitting an Administrative Review application are typically between £1,000 and £2,000.
The final fee will depend on:
The complexity of the case;
The number of applicants involved;
The volume of supporting documents and evidence;
The time available to prepare the review request;
Whether we previously assisted with the original immigration application.
A fixed-fee quotation will be provided once we have reviewed the decision and assessed the work required.
-
