We do not charge for considering new enquiries.
Whether you are an employee, worker, employer or business seeking employment law support, you may contact us free of charge for an initial assessment of your matter. We will review your enquiry, discuss your circumstances, and explain how we may be able to assist.
Where more detailed advice, document reviews, workplace dispute support, grievance or disciplinary assistance, settlement negotiations, or Employment Tribunal case preparation is required, we will discuss the available options and associated fees with you before any chargeable work is undertaken.

Depending on the nature, complexity and merits of your matter, we may offer one of the following funding options:

For many employment law matters, we offer fixed-fee services that provide certainty and transparency from the outset. Fixed fees may be available for:
Grievances and workplace complaints;
Internal appeals;
Disciplinary and capability proceedings;
Settlement agreement reviews;
Employment law advice and guidance;
Employment Tribunal claim preparation; and
Other specific pieces of work agreed in advance.

For selected Employment Tribunal matters, we may consider acting under a No Win, No Fee arrangement, subject to a detailed assessment of the merits and prospects of the case.
Eligibility for a No Win, No Fee arrangement is assessed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Where a matter is particularly complex or requires ongoing support, we can offer a tailored fee arrangement designed to reflect the nature and requirements of the case.
Any fee arrangement will be discussed and agreed before work commences.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our professional fees may include:
Initial case assessment and advice;
Meetings, telephone calls and routine correspondence;
Review of documents and supporting evidence;
Preparation of claims, responses, applications, appeals and written submissions;
Liaison with employers, representatives, ACAS and other relevant parties;
Case management and ongoing support;
Routine administrative work;
Electronic copies of documents and correspondence.
The precise scope of work included within our fees will be confirmed in writing at the outset of your matter.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our professional fees do not generally include third-party costs and disbursements associated with your matter.
These may include:
Employment Tribunal fees (if introduced or applicable);
Court fees (where applicable);
Barrister or independent advocate fees;
Independent expert reports;
Medical reports;
Translation and interpretation services;
Courier or specialist document delivery costs;
Costs associated with obtaining evidence from third parties; and
Any other third-party expenses incurred on your behalf.
Where additional costs are likely to arise, we will discuss them with you in advance wherever reasonably practicable so that you can make informed decisions about how you wish to proceed.
